JOB DESCRIPTION:-assisting the senior Business Office with contacting clients and handling most (and eventually all) administrative duties.-having a "whatever it takes" attitude to support the Business Office in meeting clients needs and business targets.-processing high volumes of data in an accurate & timely manner.-manage data entry and maintenance of key clients database.-delivering high level customer care for potential and existing clients.-handling sensitive (personal and financial) information with integrity and accuracy.-coordinating and facilitating financial transactions.-preparing financial contracts from various lending institutions.-consistent follow up with clients.-ability to problem solve quickly and multi-task.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:
